My name is Herné Van Staden, and I am the founder of VELORÉ PERFUME HOUSE.The vision behind VELORÉ began with a simple but deeply personal passion for fragrance. For years, I searched for the perfect soft vanilla scent — something sophisticated, elegant, comforting, and truly memorable. However, whenever I discovered fragrances that genuinely resonated with me, they often came with price tags that felt inaccessible and unrealistic for many people.That experience sparked a deeper curiosity within me and ultimately led me to further my studies in perfumery. I became determined to understand every aspect of fragrance creation — from composition and blending to the artistry and emotion behind every note.The more knowledge and experience I gained, the more I realized that fragrance is more than just scent; it is identity, emotion, confidence, and self-expression. That realization inspired me to create something of my own.After countless hours of research, testing, formulation, and refinement, I created a fragrance that truly made me believe in the vision I had for this brand.
